Gianni Infantino said he supported the investigation to investigate the relationship with Swiss Attorney General Michael Lauber.

In Switzerland, a specially appointed prosecutor Stefan Keller launched an investigation to examine the relationship between FIFA President Infantino and Swiss Attorney General Michael Lauber.

Lauber, who resigned last week, was at the head of the bribery and corruption investigation in FIFA launched in 2015.

Infantino was elected FIFA President in 2016 to replace Sepp Blatter, who had to resign due to corruption allegations.
