Harry Kane, who has scored three goals in Euro 2020 with England and played a big part in the semi-finals of the Three Lions, talked about Jose Mourinho and Nuno Espirito Santo.
The English striker, who is likely to leave Tottenham this summer, has praised Mourinho.
Kane revealed that he was in contact with Mourinho during Euro 2020, but has yet to contact the team's new manager, Nuno Espirito Santo.
Struggling for England's success at Euro 2020, Kane told talkSPORT:
"Jose Mourinho is a great guy. He's texting me. It's a known thing that we have a great relationship and get along really well.
“I really respect him as a manager and as a person. I wish him success in Rome. It's great to have one of the best managers in the world by your side.
"I will always respect him and hopefully stay in touch with him for the rest of my career."
Kane also spoke about Tottenham's new manager, Nuno Espirito Santo.
"Every time a new manager comes in, there's some excitement at the club. Frankly, I haven't been there and I haven't had any contact with him.
"I'm away from England now and all my focus is on the national team. We have one week left.
"He's a great manager and he's done a great job with the Wolves. He made them play really well. I'm sure we'll be in touch after the tournament."
